I received my first Tempcraft, engraved, tumbler as a prize at a golf tournament fundraiser for Poi Dogs and Popoki. It was amazing, it actually kept ice water, ice water all day. I then bought a camp mug, at it kept my coffee hot from breakfast through lunch. We now have a collection of two dozen items used by our whole family from grandchild to adults. There have been two occasions were an order was not perfect--one with a dent on the lip the other having to do with the engraving. The customer response was friendly, quick, and without additional cost. I have been given other tumblers in this class of vacuum cups and none are as good keeping hot, hot, and cold, cold. They also fit well in my cars' cup holders.

I choose this product because it is from a local Oregon company, as well as they provided engraving. Working with Jaime has been an exceptional experience, and myself as well as my colleagues are very happy with the results. We will definitely be ordering more products with our logo in the future!
