I order the Lid for a 28oz Tempercraft. It took about two weeks for it to arrive then it was the Wrong Size. It was the size for the smaller container. I called and they are shipping me the correct lid. How long will this take?

Too Tight
I bought 2 of these for 20 oz tumblers. I was able to put them in but they are almost impossible to get out. Not sure how to fix this problem. Ideas?
